Description
RT8450 is a non-sync DC/DC Buck (multi-topology) LED driver IC from . Maximum input voltage is 40.0 V and it drives an output current of up to 1.50 A. Assuming a typical 3.5V LED forward voltage RT8450 can drive up to 9 LED in series.
The LED Buck (multi-topology) driver IC features fixed 800 kHz switching frequency, a feedback voltage of 0.19 V and requires a typical inductor size of 20.0 uH. This combination results in a peak efficiency of ~94 %. RT8450 comes in 2 package option(s) - WDFN-12 TSSOP-16 .
